Other Helpful Resources

  • Building Biology: A wonderful resource by Nicole Bijlsma to help you learn how your environment (aka your home and office) may be affecting your health. Here you can learn how to reduce your chemical exposure at home. Her sections on PlasticsMake-up and Personal Care Products are particularly useful!

  • Skin Deep: The Skin Deep Database by the EWG is a fabulous resource for those interested in learning more about the chemicals in their skincare. It also has a great search function which can be used to research individual ingredients, to learn about or investigate any associated hazards.
